You’ll combine strong retail management skills with a genuine passion for cycling, inspiring your team to achieve great results while ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Setting high standards for customer experience and ensuring these are consistently met.</li><li>Driving sales by coaching the team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and service excellence.</li><li>Overseeing merchandising standards to keep the store well-presented and commercially strong.</li><li>Assisting with staff training and development, helping the team grow their skills and knowledge.</li><li>Supporting inventory management including stock levels, restocking, and accuracy checks.</li><li>Overseeing cash handling procedures and store operations, including opening and closing duties.</li><li>Promoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised store environment.</li><li>Gathering customer feedback and sharing ideas to improve store performance.</li><li>Carrying out administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting as required.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Previous retail management or supervisory experience (cycling or sporting goods experience is a bonus).</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.</li><li>Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Sales-driven, with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Knowledge and enthusiasm for cycling products is highly desirable.</li><li>Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Computer-literate and confident with administrative tasks.</li><li>Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts in line with store hours.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br>We don’t just sell bikes – we live cycling.
