Then this is the role for you.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Location: Central London</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Industry: Fashion</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Salary: £32,000-£38,000 + benefits</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH</span></p><h2><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What You'll Be Doing</span></h2><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Lead the creation of Monday trade reports, delivering clear weekly insights that highlight risks, surface opportunities, and shape trading decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Analyse daily trade data, reacting quickly with proposals for transfers, rebuys, phasing, and in-season adjustments.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Pull and interpret reporting across daily sales, size curves, stock replenishment, store performance, and overall cover.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Manage line cards, sales/stock planning, and forecasting - driving smarter buy decisions and ensuring the right product lands in the right place at the right time.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Monitor and protect never-out-of-stock lines, maintaining strong line card projections and continuity performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Maintain and manage the delivery schedule, ensuring intake remains on track and aligned to freight budgets, supplier timelines, and seasonal constraints.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Own the stock ordering process end-to-end: raising POs, coordinating barcodes, tracking deliveries, and supporting Buying on the critical path daily or weekly as needed.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Deliver ad hoc commercial analysis to support strategic, data-led decisions across the wider business.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Support the Senior Merchandiser in creating seasonal reporting packs and post-season reviews, providing actionable insight and recommendations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Work collaboratively with Buying, Ecommerce, Logistics, and Marketing - becoming a central, trusted partner in a fast-paced environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Mentor and support the MAA, fostering strong development within the merchandising team.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What You'll Bring</span></h2><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Proven merchandising experience - operating at Assistant Merchandiser level already, or a strong MAA ready to step up.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Experience owning sub-categories (desired, not essential).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">A commercial mindset with strong analytical and numerical ability.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Confidence with advanced Excel: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and hands-on data manipulation.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">A track record of trading your department and confidently identifying risks with thoughtful, solution-led recommendations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Ability to plan lines effectively and maintain robust delivery and intake schedules.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Comfortable working under pressure with outstanding organisation and attention to detail.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Strong communication skills - personable, approachable, collaborative.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Experience mentoring or managing MAAs is a bonus.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Desired but not essential: exposure to planning, forecasting, or manipulating WSSI data.</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">BH34967</span></p></div></div></dd>
