The team are experienced, down-to-earth and genuinely invested in helping you develop.</p><p data-start="952" data-end="1046">This is a role where you'll learn <span data-start="986" data-end="992">fast, </span>you'll also be supported every step of the way.</p><h3 data-start="1053" data-end="1081"><strong data-start="1057" data-end="1081">What You'll Be Doing</strong></h3><div><span data-start="1057" data-end="1081">Reporting into a Finance Manager - Property you will be part of a small team within the Finance functions.</span></div><ul data-start="1082" data-end="1565"><li data-start="1082" data-end="1192"><p data-start="1084" data-end="1192">Supporting with <span data-start="1100" data-end="1122">internal reporting</span> across property areas (rents, rates, service charges, utilities etc.)</p></li><li data-start="1193" data-end="1231"><p data-start="1195" data-end="1231">Preparing <span data-start="1205" data-end="1231">accruals & prepayments</span></p></li><li data-start="1232" data-end="1305"><p data-start="1234" data-end="1305">Completing <span data-start="1245" data-end="1270">P&L variance analysis</span> and producing supporting schedules</p></li><li data-start="1306" data-end="1352"><p data-start="1308" data-end="1352">Assisting with <span data-start="1323" data-end="1352">budgeting and forecasting</span></p></li><li data-start="1353" data-end="1384"><p data-start="1355" data-end="1384">Balance sheet reconciliations</p></li><li data-start="1385" data-end="1467"><p data-start="1387" data-end="1467">Helping with <span data-start="1400" data-end="1422">external reporting</span> including statutory accounts & audit queries</p></li><li data-start="1468" data-end="1565"><p data-start="1470" data-end="1565">Working with internal and external stakeholders (brand finance, auditors, shared service teams)</p></li></ul><h3 data-start="1572" data-end="1602"><strong data-start="1576" data-end="1602">What We're Looking For</strong></h3><ul data-start="1603" data-end="1981"><li data-start="1603" data-end="1692"><p data-start="1605" data-end="1692">Someone with a <span data-start="1620" data-end="1638">great attitude</span>, eagerness to learn and confidence to ask questions</p></li><li data-start="1693" data-end="1788"><p data-start="1695" data-end="1788">Ideally AAT qualified / studying CIMA or ACCA (but not essential)</p></li><li data-start="1789" data-end="1850"><p data-start="1791" data-end="1850">Strong with Excel and happy working with numbers day-to-day</p></li><li data-start="1851" data-end="1921"><p data-start="1853" data-end="1921">Organised, collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li data-start="1922" data-end="1981"><p data-start="1924" data-end="1981">Experience in retail / property helpful, but not required</p></li></ul><h3 data-start="1988" data-end="2015"><strong data-start="1992" data-end="2015">The Culture & Perks</strong></h3><p data-start="2016" data-end="2063">This isn't your typical finance office.
