All travel and accommodation will be fully expensed. Full flexibility is required during this period to ensure a thorough and effective onboarding experience.</p><p class="p2">We're recruiting an experienced <strong>Area Manager</strong> to lead a large, multi-site retail portfolio, with full accountability for people, performance, recruitment and development across the region.</p><p class="p2">This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to an Area Manager who thrives on coaching, building capability at scale and driving consistent commercial results.</p><p class="p1"><strong>The Role</strong></p><p class="p2">As Area Manager, you will be the <strong>line manager for a minimum of 20 direct and indirect reports</strong>, leading remotely across multiple locations.
