Your day-to-day will include:</p><ul><li>Leading and supporting Installation teams to meet quality and service expectations</li><li>Recruiting skilled sub-contract fitters to maintain capacity and capability</li><li>Carrying out regular inspections to ensure every kitchen is fitted to perfection</li><li>Driving performance across your area by monitoring KPIs and taking proactive action</li><li>Managing admin tasks, keeping systems up to date and processes running smoothly</li><li>Coordinating with internal teams to align delivery dates, manufacturing timelines, and fitter availability</li><li>Acting as a professional ambassador for our brand, always championing our values</li><li>Promoting health and safety best practices on every site</li></ul><p><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong><br></p><p>We’re after a confident leader who is based in or close to the South East region to&nbsp;allow them to&nbsp;juggle people, process, and pressure with ease. <br>You’ll succeed if you have:<br></p><ul><li>Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels</li><li>High levels of self-motivation and a drive to support your team’s success</li><li>The ability to stay cool under pressure and stay organised in a fast-moving environment</li><li>Comfortable working with online systems and keeping data up to date</li><li>A hands-on attitude and professional presence on every site</li><li>Experience in fast-paced building services or the furniture industry</li><li>Deep knowledge of installations and the desire to always raise the bar</li><li>Strong people management skills and a positive, solutions-first approach</li><li>Full UK Driving Licence</li></ul><p><strong>About Magnet</strong></p><p>At Magnet, part of the Nobia Group, we’ve been shaping the heart of the home for over 100 years.
