As part of a friendly and welcoming team, we offer flexible hybrid working.</p><h3>What you'll be doing</h3><ul><li>Processing invoices for the group by following company procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Reconciliation of supplier statements and escalation point for query resolution</li><li>Responsible for clearing aged invoices and managing the timely processing of unapproved invoices</li><li>Point of contact for queries and escalations for Suppliers, supported by Senior members of the team&nbsp;</li><li>To support Senior team members of the team as and when necessary with ad hoc tasks&nbsp;</li><li>Prioritisation of workload effectively throughout the day to ensure all requirements are met</li></ul><h3>The role is for you if...</h3><ul><li>You have strong communication (written and verbal) skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy</li><li>Time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines</li><li>Experience of the process and principles of Accounts Payable within the Finance department</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Good working knowledge on Open Accounts (desired but training will be given) or a similar accounts payable system</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div><!-- Apply Button --><a href="https://apply.dfscareers.co.uk/members/?j=3114&amp;lang=en&amp;" class="btn btn-apply apply_bottom">Apply<i class="fas fa-chevron-right"></i></a>
