You will offer guidance and support to all customers (internal and external) through online chat, emails and calls. You'll communicate information accurately, clearly and efficiently to customers and our wider store teams.</p><p>You'll work to agreed service levels ensuring that all customers are responded to quickly and are provided with exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for updating spreadsheets and feedback on enquiries with a view to implementing improvement actions.
