<div id="job-desription" class="INHERIT DEFAULT-UL basis-0 flex-grow"><p><strong>The Botanist is recruiting a Designate Sous Chef!</strong></p><p><strong>Usual places of work will include Watford, Reading, Marlow and London.</strong> Flexibility to travel between these sites is essential. <strong>Travel outside of your home site will be either reimbursed or booked in advance.</strong></p><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Designate Sous Chef</strong>, you’ll play a key role in supporting our kitchens across multiple sites, stepping in where needed to ensure our kitchens run smoothly, profitably, and with energy. You’ll lead by example, creating a safe, fun, and exciting environment that brings out the best in every team.</p><p>You’ll oversee day-to-day operations – including stock control, rota management, food safety and hygiene – while ensuring consistency across the board.
