Together with our Data Engineering and Data Science colleagues, we make data a strategic lever to achieve H&B's goals.    As a Commercial Analyst in the Core Business Analytics team, you'll support stakeholders across Pricing, Category, Commercial, and Supply to shape pricing and promotional strategy. You'll use data to drive commercial insight, improve margin outcomes, and track the effectiveness of offers and campaigns.</div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote">What You'll Do <ul><li>Partner with Pricing and Commercial teams to provide data support for pricing, markdown, and promotional planning. </li><li>Design and build dashboards in Metabase that track pricing and promo performance, surfacing actionable insights. </li><li>Write clean, efficient SQL to transform and extract data from large commercial and transactional datasets. </li><li>Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer commercial questions, support campaigns, and measure trading performance. </li><li>Contribute to analytics delivery, sprint planning, and backlog shaping across the Pricing & Promotions roadmap. </li><li>Ensure quality and maintainability by following team standards for documentation, scalability, and testing. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence teams to deliver robust, end-to-end data
