font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Assisting in the design development of an innovative and commercial range of fashion products to meet business requirements across the UK and Europe for stores and online, covering all apparel areas of womenswear.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Assisting in the design development of products that exceed the Urban Outfitters customers’ expectations of the brand, whilst remaining commercial in approach.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Researching and identifying latest key trends and items to inspire and develop new ranges, and to compliment and drive forward existing product lines.</span></li><li>Understanding the brands image, broad knowledge of trends, contributing to overriding seasonal concepts, colour and print boards.</li><li>Product development from concept to sketch with an ability to create accompanying technical packs including measurements, garment specifications and clear fabric and trim references.</li><li>Demonstrating a passion for the product and knowledge of how trends evolve using natural creative flair.</li><li>Trend research and analysis.</li><li>Inspire up<span>, down & across peers.
