<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About the role</h3><p>We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in the role of Website Product Assistant with a focus on Product Information Management (PIM). As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date product content on our website, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. This role will be located at our Manchester Studios 5 days a week.</p><p>Key Responsibilities -</p><p>Product Information Management (PIM):</p><ul><li>Oversee the PIM system to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information across all channels.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, update, and maintain comprehensive product data.</li><li>Ensure that product attributes, specifications, and images are accurately represented in the PIM system</li></ul><p>Content Updates:</p><ul><li>Regularly update and enhance product content on the website, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to create engaging and informative product pages.</li><li>Monitor and update inventory levels to reflect accurate availability on the website</li></ul><p>SEO-Optimised Product Descriptions:</p><ul><li>Utilise AI tools and techniques to craft product descriptions that are highly optimised for search engines (SEO).</li><li>Conduct keyword research whilst working alongside the SEO team to identify relevant and high-ranking terms to incorporate into product content.</li><li>Stay abreast of SEO trends and algorithm updates to continually enhance product content for improved discoverability.</li><li>Analyse performance metrics and user engagement data to refine and enhance SEO strategies for product descriptions.</li></ul><p>Quality Assurance:</p><ul><li>Conduct regular audits of product information to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.</li><li>Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in product presentation.</li></ul><p>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to product data and content.</li></ul><p>Continuous Improvement:</p><ul><li>Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce and PIM.</li><li>Propose and implement improvements to streamline content management processes.&nbsp;</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
