Supply Chain Manager</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain and managing a small team of field based Analysts, key measurements include forecast accuracy vs actual sales, management of our 3PL providers, stock turnover rate, cost per unit moved, product availability, SLA adherence and NPS scores.<br><br>A full job description is available on request, but to summarise your key responsibilities:</p><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Management</strong></p><ul><li>Coach and develop a high-performing team of Supply Chain Analysts</li><li>Allocate category responsibilities and foster a collaborative, value-led culture</li><li>Step in for the Head of Supply Chain when needed</li></ul><p><strong>Category Ownership</strong></p><ul><li>Manage your own product category with precision and insight</li><li>Forecast demand, monitor supplier performance, and ensure stock availability</li><li>Identify risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies</li></ul><p><strong>Supplier &amp; 3PL Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with our 3PL partner to ensure smooth inbound logistics</li><li>Partner with Buying to align on launches, replenishment, and supplier capacity</li><li>Explore backhaul opportunities to optimise costs</li></ul><p><strong>Planning &amp; Forecasting</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts</li><li>Translate sales and promotional plans into actionable stock requirements</li><li>Continuously review supply performance and stock health</li></ul><p><strong>Process Improvement &amp;
