This is a unique opportunity to blend storytelling, styling, and community engagement in a role that sits at the intersection of content creation and brand representation.</p><p>You’ll be the face of our brand hosting live broadcasts, showcasing new collections, offering styling tips, and bringing Missoma to life in real time. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Social and Creative teams to shape content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.&nbsp;</p><p>This role will be part-time across 2 - 3 days per week.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in creating high-quality, engaging pre-recorded content across all social media platforms (e.g., reels, styling edits, trend talks).</li><li>Host and present live broadcasts across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Engaging with live audiences, responding to questions and comments in real time.</li><li>Bring innovation and creative solutions to all content showcasing Missoma’s Jewellery in an authentic, trend-led, editorial way.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducting on camera interviews with industry experts, influencers, and tastemakers, bringing fresh insights to the Missoma audience.</li><li>Collaborate with the Social and Creative teams to plan and manage the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key brand moments. Contributing to ideation and scheduling of live and pre-recorded content that supports marketing objectives.</li><li>Track engagement metrics and provide feedback to the wider marketing team.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, jewellery and fashion launches, and key cultural or industry moments to ensure Missoma’s content remains fresh, relevant, and at the forefront of digital storytelling.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Competencies &amp; Experience&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>You will be able to demonstrate a natural ability to create sharp, engaging, and on-brand content that appeals to our audience</li><li>Confident presenting or hosting via social media, video, and live interviews.</li><li>Experienced with TikTok, Instagram, or other video-first platforms&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive interest in and knowledge of jewellery, fashion, and styling.</li><li>Able to embody the Missoma tone; authentic, warm, confident, inclusive, and editorial.</li><li>Collaborative in your approach with an ability to work cross-functionally&nbsp;</li><li>Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.</li><li>Based in or near London, with the ability to attend in-person content shoots.</li></ul></div>
