We’re committed to creating joyful, engaging experiences that bring the world of Jellycat to life and make our fans feel even more a part of it.We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to support the team as Jellycat’s social media presence continues to grow at a rapid pace. </p><p>This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital trends, and brand storytelling. They will assist in content creation, scheduling posts, research and analysing performance data across all major platforms. </p><p>Due to the nature of social media, this role occasionally requires evening and weekend work. Time off in lieu will be provided for any additional hours worked. <br></p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><ul><li>Assisting in planning, creating, and scheduling content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. </li><li>Day to day management of the social media calendar, ensuring key dates are plotted and information is up to date. </li><li>Conducting research into new trends, content, competitors and platforms to help influence ongoing social media strategy discussions. </li><li>Assisting the team in tracking analytics across platforms and compile weekly, monthly and project reports to share with key stakeholders. </li><li>Creating briefs for new content and work with design teams and external creators to ensure assets are delivered on time and to the highest standards. </li><li>Assisting with video and photography shoots as required.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience working in a social media or community management role is preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling and insight tools.</li><li>Strong administration, planning and organisational skills.</li><li>Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and tone.</li><li>Experience with video editing tools is preferable (e.g., CapCut, TikTok editing tools).</li><li>A passion for social media and Jellycat!</li><li>The ability to be a team player who is flexible, personable, positive and is motivated by being part of a high performing team. </li><li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>The ability to remain calm under pressure.</li><li>A clear communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
