You will be required to carefully analyse qualitative and quantitative data to understand who our customers are, how they behave and what problems and needs they have. Using this information, you will identify and design new opportunities to improve Holland & Barrett across our digital channels, and be responsible for effectively communicating your designs with product managers and engineers to ensure that what is built is accurate and high-quality.
