Your focus will be on translating insight into negotiation strategies that deliver measurable value - not just short-term wins, but sustainable commercial outcomes.</p><p><strong>Coach Commercial Teams</strong> - Working closely with Category Managers and cross-functional teams, you'll embed negotiation capability, data storytelling, and value chain thinking. You'll act as a strategic coach - raising the bar on how we approach supplier conversations and commercial decision-making.</p><p><strong>Refresh Commercial Terms</strong> - You'll join at a critical moment as we refresh our supplier terms for the first time in five years.
