We’re proud to have won national awards including Best UK Workplace 2023, Best UK Workplace for Women 2023 and Excellence in Wellbeing awards 2023.<br>&nbsp;<br>We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Team Member to join our friendly Restaurant team at our store in Wychbold, Worcestershire.<br>&nbsp;<br>Customer Service</p><ul><li>Give every guest a warm, friendly welcome.</li><li>Take orders with care and accuracy, making sure customers feel looked after.</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly, keeping presentation to a high standard.</li><li>Listen to and resolve any questions or concerns in a positive, helpful way.</li></ul>&nbsp;<br>Food &amp; Drink Preparation<ul><li>Make a variety of hot and cold drinks, including fresh coffee and speciality beverages.</li><li>Help prepare and present food so it looks and tastes its best.</li><li>Keep counters stocked and displays looking fresh and inviting.</li></ul>&nbsp;<br>Cleanliness &amp; Safety<ul><li>Keep tables, counters, and service areas clean and tidy throughout the day.</li><li>Wash up dishes and equipment as needed.</li><li>Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to keep everyone safe.</li></ul>&nbsp;<br>Working Together<ul><li>Support your team during busy times to keep service running smoothly.</li><li>Lend a hand with opening and closing tasks, such as setting up or shutting down equipment.</li><li>Restock supplies and let the manager know if anything is running low.</li></ul>&nbsp;<br>General Responsibilities<ul><li>Follow health and safety rules at all times.</li><li>Keep a neat, professional appearance and take pride in representing the café/restaurant/concession.</li><li>Join in with promotions, seasonal events, or special activities when needed.</li></ul><p style="line-height: 23.4px; font-size: 13px;">&nbsp;<br>The above duties will be in the Restaurant, Plant House Café, Premium Dining Igloos or our Christmas Market (Fish and chip/Crepe concession)<br>&nbsp;<br>The successful candidate will have previous hospitality experience ideally gained in a similar environment.<br>&nbsp;<br>Food hygiene knowledge and allergen awareness would be advantageous but full training will be given.<br>&nbsp;<br>This is a fixed-term, zero hour position commencing 13^th October 2025 up until 4^th January 2026.
