<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About The Role</h3><p>As a Retail Support Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in shaping and delivering operational processes that enable our stores to run smoothly and consistently. Acting as a central point of coordination between store teams and the Support Hub, you’ll lead a team focused on clear, engaging communication and smooth in-store execution.</p><p>You’ll support promotional activity, visual merchandising setup, and ensure store teams are equipped with what they need to deliver an outstanding customer experience. With a focus on operational excellence, you’ll champion “One Best Way” practices and work collaboratively to drive improvements that balance cost-efficiency with commercial impact.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Lead and support the retail implementation and communications team, promoting collaboration, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset. Coordinate daily stand-ups and quarterly sessions to align priorities, share updates, and celebrate progress.</p><p>Ensure store communications are clear, consistent, and effectively support key trading and operational activity. Partner with stakeholders to simplify messaging and co-design processes that are easy to implement and deliver commercial impact.</p><p>Act as a central point of contact for store teams, providing responsive support during trading hours and escalating issues where needed. Use store visits and regular feedback to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen delivery.</p><p>Facilitate inclusive retrospectives on store processes, helping to capture insights and develop simple ways to measure implementation. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth delivery, strong cost control and aligned priorities.</p><p>Provide support across store trading hours and lead store visits to validate and improve process execution.
