Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.</p><p>The Test Analyst / QA Engineer will work under the direction of a seasoned Test Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering high-value projects aligned to the QA roadmap, operating across eCommerce platforms and ERP systems (including Microsoft Dynamics 365). Working in a mixed Agile/Waterfall delivery environment, the successful candidate will partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure business requirements are met through robust test planning, execution, and reporting driving continuous improvement in quality and delivery outcomes.<br></p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to test planning activities.</li><li>Designing, developing, and executing manual test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements (i.e. performance and security).</li><li>Testing execution and documenting test results, log defects, and track their resolution through to closure.</li><li>Supporting the QA process for eCommerce platforms, integrations and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li><li>Participating in Project meetings and various Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and regular stand-ups.</li><li>Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA standards, processes, and documentation.</li><li>Defect management: Including structured bug capturing, reproduction steps, severity, impacted areas and be comfortable to lead defect triage sessions with UAT testers and cross-functional teams to escalate and prioritise resolutions.</li><li>Maintaining test traceability and defect visibility through QA dashboards, surfacing progress and quality metrics in real time.</li><li>Maintaining clear and regular professional communication with all members of the project team.</li><li>Creating test scope, test preparation and test execution for various test phases such as: ST, SIT, Regression, Smoke, UAT &amp; E2E.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years of hands-on software testing experience, preferably within eCommerce &amp; ERP domains.</li><li>Practical exposure to ERP systems, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 considered a strong asset.</li><li>ISTQB Foundation Level qualification (other further certifications welcome)</li><li>Azure DevOps + Test Plan, suite experience and dashboard creations.</li><li>Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative Project team.</li><li> Ideally Cross browser (BrowserStack) &amp; Accessibility testing experience.</li><li>Ideally Familiarity with other ERP or eCommerce solutions beyond Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li><li>Ideally an understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams.</li><li>Ideally a knowledge of test management tools such as Jira or similar.</li></ul></div>
