This includes managing requirements, coordinating training and business readiness, overseeing vendor contributions, and ensuring smooth change approvals and releases. You'll work closely with stakeholders across IT, store operations, and business leadership to drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption in a fast-paced retail environment.</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;">This role is central to our digital store transformation, helping us bring smarter, more efficient tools to the shop floor.</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;"><strong style="font-weight:700;">What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><div><ul style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:10px;"><li style="font-size:inherit;">Proven track record delivering IT or store infrastructure projects in retail or multi-site environments, managing time, cost, and quality.</li></ul></div><ul style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:10px;"><li style="font-size:inherit;">Strong understanding of in-store technologies such as POS, stock systems, networking, and communications, with solid project management expertise (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).</li><li style="font-size:inherit;">Skilled in stakeholder engagement and vendor management, with the ability to influence both operational teams and senior leaders.</li><li style="font-size:inherit;">Experienced in deployment planning, change control, and service readiness, with knowledge of ITIL and structured service handover.</li><li style="font-size:inherit;">Clear communicator with strong planning and problem-solving skills; resilient in fast-paced, complex environments.
