Working with senior leadership across the team, the role holder will ensure we plan for and deliver a consistent customer and market focused product roadmap. This role ensures that all change initiatives, whether launching new products, moving customers between offerings, or introducing new content are strategically aligned, customer-informed, and clearly articulated across the business. The role holder will be the key interface with the rest of the organisation for the interlocks with Strategy, Marketing & Commercial, Marcoms, and beyond. By working across senior leadership and delivery teams, the role holder will coordinate and drive activity with a single-minded focus on maximising the impact of portfolio changes.
