<div class="rowDynamicLinks" id="GlobalContentHeaderTitle1"><div class="col my-4"><p class="m-0"><strong>The Vacancy</strong></p></div> </div><div class="container PLACEHOLDER"><div class="row PLACEHOLDER"><div class="col-sm-12 p-0"><p>The role is to assist with various administrative duties within the Maintenance Department, to ensure the smooth running of the day to day processes</p><p>The role involves the following duties:</p><ul><li>Handling and updating the pest control reports</li><li>Updating spreadsheets for compliance issues i.e heating , lift reports, electrical testing,&nbsp; fire extinguisher reports</li><li>Updating new stores information on various spreadsheets</li><li>Understanding the call logging system from stores (SILQ)</li><li>Researching new contractors to add to current referred contractors list</li><li>Updating contractors certificates spreadsheet i.e public liabilities , health and safety records etc</li><li>Chubb uplifts</li><li><p>Handling intruder alarm and fire alarm calls&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Obtaining approval of quotes from Property Director</p></li></ul><p><u><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Previous experience is essential, ideally in a fast paced environment.</li><li>Good forward planning, organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Good understanding of Microsoft office, with particular focus on excel and word.</li><li>High level of written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Have the ability to work on your own using initiative but also a team player.</li></ul><p><strong><u>What’s In It For You</u></strong></p><p>We offer excellent benefits that help make Poundstretcher a great place to work.
