Join the Jigsaw journey.</p><p>&nbsp;We are looking for -<strong>Senior Merchandising Admin Assistant</strong></p><p>Merchandising is all about right stock, right place, right time – and the Senior MAA role is a key role in the success of this. Making sure that our stock where we planned it to maximise our sales and profit, whilst highlighting any risk or opportunity where necessary.</p><p>SCOPE</p><p>KEY</p><p>RELATION-SHIPS: Internal: Retail, Warehouse, Ecom, Concessions and Buying</p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>• Allocate stock for all our own stores and concessions, for both Web and Retail channels.</p><p>• Run weekly reports for trade analysis, supporting the Merchandiser.</p><p>• Trading stock around the business to maximise sell through.</p><p>• Working closely with the Retail team to make sure any feedback is taken on board and actioned when necessary.</p><p>• Support new store openings, closures and relocations by moving stock where necessary.</p><p>• Manage and report on intake coming into the business.</p><p>• Tracking shipments into the business, flagging any discrepancies or risks.</p><p>• Ensure pricing is correct on the system, implementing any MD or promotional activity onto reporting systems.</p><p>• Sizing analysis and creating ratios for product using historical analysis.</p><p>• Ad hoc analysis.</p><p>BEHAVIOURS FOR SUCCESS</p><p>• 1+ years’ experience in Merchandising essential.</p><p>• Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical ability, with an emphasis on attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong brand and competitor awareness, understanding the customer by market is key.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills – written and interpersonal/presenting skills .</p><p>• Strong organisational and time management skills.</p><p>• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-channel environment.</p><p>• Be a team player – support the wider department objectives and activity.</p><p>• Strong working knowledge of Excel and all-round computer literacy.</p>
