You’ll play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming retail environment while ensuring shelves are well-stocked, displays are attractive, and company sales targets are met.&nbsp; You’ll drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate toys and products.<br>&nbsp;<br>Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on the age, interests, and needs of the child or gift recipient.</li><li>Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and promotional initiatives. Promote Webbs club card.</li><li>Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash and card payments accurately.&nbsp; Process refunds or exchanges, and issue receipts where necessary.</li><li>Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are attractively displayed.
