Reporting to the maintenance shift leader, your day-to-day will include: </p><ul><li>Swiftly responding to breakdowns and performing preventative maintenance. </li></ul><ul><li>Leading the charge in identifying root causes of breakdowns to minimise downtime and boost productivity. </li></ul><ul><li>Supporting engineering projects and maintaining assembly and process machinery. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensuring our facilities, from heating to lighting, are in excellent condition. </li></ul><ul><li>Upholding a safe working environment by following all health, safety, and environmental standards, including conducting risk assessments and supporting accident investigations. </li></ul><p><strong>Your shift pattern </strong></p><p>Enjoy variety with our three-week rotating schedule: </p><ul><li><strong>Early shift:</strong> 6am-2pm (5% shift allowance) </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Late shift:</strong> 2pm-10pm (20% shift allowance) </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Night shift:</strong> 10 pm-6am (33% shift allowance) </li></ul><p>We’ll reward your dedication with a competitive salary of <strong>£3</strong><strong>5,239.70 - £41,883.53</strong>, plus overtime. </p><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the team </strong></p><p>We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver with a passion for engineering excellence.
