You'll shape delivery processes, oversee clear and effective project artefacts, and manage IT environments and testing—with a focus on automation and collaboration with external partners. You'll work closely with systems integrators and third-party vendors, ensuring strong performance and alignment with contracts. Solutions will need to align with our IT strategy, make full use of ERP capabilities, and support the decommissioning of legacy systems. You'll also identify and drive removal of technical debt through practical, efficient approaches.</p><p style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;padding:5px 0px;">&nbsp;<strong style="font-weight:700;">What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-top:0cm;"><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Must be able to&nbsp;clearly demonstrate success in a similar senior technology delivery role, with evidence of driving business value through technology.</li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Proven experience in delivering IT portfolios of&nbsp;£10m+&nbsp;in a fast-paced&nbsp;retail environment.</li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Demonstrable commercial experience in ERP systems—ideally&nbsp;SAP S/4HANA—across retail, wholesale, and directly managed store operations.</li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">A sharp focus on aligning IT delivery with business goals to drive measurable value and operational efficiency.</li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Previous experience of successfully&nbsp;leading IT applications teams providing support in fast-paced, consumer businesses.</li></ul><p style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;padding:5px 0px;">Are you ready to deliver our roadmap and shape our future?
