This role plays a key part in ensuring website content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with seasonal promotional and marketing calendars. The Digital Content Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, improve site performance, and drive conversions through strategic content planning and execution.</p></div><div><span><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></div><div><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Content Strategy &amp; Execution</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal">Support the Digital Content Manager in owning the online content planner for each site, ensuring alignment with key promotional and marketing initiatives.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Develop and publish SEO-optimised blog content to support seasonal campaigns and enhance organic search visibility.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Oversee the visual merchandising of homepage, product landing pages, blogs, and promotional banners to optimise user experience and conversion rates.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Brief and collaborate with the Creative Team on imagery and copy requirements to support e-commerce goals.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Site Optimisation &amp; Performance Monitoring</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal">Manage seasonal meta data uploads, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Utilise Google Analytics and other data tools to track website performance, identify content gaps, and recommend optimisations.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Work with the E-Commerce Trading and Development teams to improve website functionality, user experience, and design enhancements.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Conduct regular site audits to ensure all content, links, and pages function seamlessly, resolving any issues with the development team.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Build, track and analyse promo code performance, providing insights on engagement and effectiveness.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Cross-Team Collaboration &amp; Content Management</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal">Act as a key liaison between e-commerce, marketing, creative, and merchandising teams, ensuring content supports broader brand and commercial goals.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Work with our SEO agency to stay ahead of search trends and implement strategies that drive organic traffic growth.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Monitor competitor activity to identify industry trends and innovate content strategies for improved engagement and conversion.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Maintain and update key website content pages, including store locator, policies, and promotional landing pages.</li></ul></div><div><span><b>Key Skills and Experience:&nbsp;</b></span></div><div><ul><li>Experience managing and publishing content within a Content Management System (CMS).</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation strategies.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools for performance tracking.</li><li>Highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.</li><li>Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.</li></ul></div></div></div><!----><!---->
