Keen to continue your career with the largest UK Health and Wellness Retailer?</strong></p><p>As our<strong> Designate Store Manager</strong>, you'll be an excellent leader, working with the store and regional manager to run the day-to-day management of stores across the region, preparing to step in to your own store when the time is right.<br>You will become a brand&nbsp;ambassador for Holland &amp; Barrett.&nbsp; You'll help build a high performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, motivating, and setting clear expectations.</p><p>Supported by your Regional Manager, you will act as a role model for world class customer service, drive financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy, set-up store promotional plans and ensure full compliance with health and safety.</p><p>To become a Health &amp; Wellness specialist you'll embark on a training programme that includes our “Qualified to Advise” and “Healthy Expert” qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.</p></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">THE PERSON</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p>To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:</p><ul><li>Previous retail management experience at store manager level</li><li>Excellent communication and people management skills</li><li>The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment.</li><li>The ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within Company parameters and goals.</li><li>Passion and enthusiasm for our products</li><li>The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge.</li><li>The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Flexibility to travel between stores in the region.</li></ul><p>We're passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we're committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
