You will be a key member of the senior management team within the store, reporting to the Store Manager.</p><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><p>To be successful in this role you will have the ability to show your retail management experience by driving sales and improving the store’s performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.</p><p>You must have excellent communication skills and demonstrates a coaching management style, being clear, open and honest. You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest of standards whilst having the ability to take corrective action when necessary.<br><br>The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a positive, can-do attitude towards their role.
