You must have an analytical mindset, strong communication skills &amp; be able to adapt to fast paced, ever changing business environments.</p><p><strong>Role Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Update and maintain a key quarterly report within the business – collecting data from stakeholders, validating and analysing inputs, and delivering summary insights.</li><li>Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards; design and develop new reports as needed.</li><li>Produce ad-hoc reports and perform detailed analysis of property data using Excel.</li><li>Write and optimise database queries.</li><li>Working with large data sets - analysing, interpreting &amp; drawing conclusions to support business critical decisions</li><li>Assist in the implementation of AI and automation projects, primarily in Airtable.</li><li>Identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Essential Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Experience in developing Power BI reports, including writing and optimising DAX measures.</li><li>Proficient in SQL, and experienced working with relational databases.</li><li>Able to manage and prioritise workload.</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability &amp; a commercial mindset</li><li>Able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders with various levels of technical understanding.</li><li>Proactive, independent, self-starter who is ready to jump in and get things done</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with VBA and Power Query.</li><li>Understanding of financial concepts such as EBITDA, or an interest in developing financial knowledge.</li><li>Familiarity with Airtable.</li><li>Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.</li><li>Background in commercial property, utilities, or Mergers &amp; Acquisitions.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:</p><p><strong>Reward, Recognition and Opportunities</strong></p><p><strong>Frasers Champion</strong>- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
