This means putting style before trends and truth before hype.</p><p>We are looking for <strong>Channel Trading Assistant</strong> to join our team in our Head Office in Richmond.</p><p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p><p>Ensure optimum stock levels in our stores and Concession partners to drive sales and profitability. In depth analysis to highlight risks and opportunities by channel</p><p><strong>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>• Collate weekly reporting with insightful actions to drive performance in our own stores and Concessions.</p><p>• Regular feedback to the product Merchandising team on stock levels, highlighting opportunities and risks.</p><p>• Have a solid understanding of the product collection and demonstrate a strong influence on the ranging, tiering and grading, marketing, stock or visual merchandising opportunities.</p><p>• Ownership of tiering and grading, working with product Merchandising team on product ranging, allocation planning and stock actions.</p><p>• Provide relevant commercial information and planning for new store openings, closures &amp; relocations alongside ongoing analysis to support performance.</p><p>• The ‘go-to’ contact for store communication, weekly calls with key stores and store visits alongside area managers.</p><p>• Stock consolidations to maximise product sell through.</p><p>• Support effective stock decisions surrounding One Stock, Outlets and terminal 3rd party/sample sales.</p><p>• Review trading calendar to ensure store stock levels are supported.</p><p>• Weekly calls with Concession partners to discuss performance and opportunities.</p><p><strong>SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>• 2+ years experience in Branch/Channel Merchandising or a similar role.</p><p>• Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical ability, with an emphasis on attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong brand and competitor awareness, understanding the customer by market is key.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills – written and interpersonal/presenting skills .</p><p>• Strong organisational and time management skills.</p><p>• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-channel environment.</p><p>• Be a team player – support the wider department objectives and activity.</p><p>• Strong working knowledge of Excel and all-round computer literacy.</p><p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p><p>• Pension</p><p>• Holiday</p><p>• Fantastic Staff discount schemes – up to 50% (and 70% on 5 items per season)</p><p>• Sample sales</p><p>• Unum life assurance and Help@Hand support</p><p>• EAP</p><p>• Cycle to work scheme</p><p>• Fruit in the office</p><p><em>We are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications are encouraged from individuals regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marriage and civil partnerships or pregnancy and maternity.</em></p>
