Your responsibilities will extend to DFS, Sofology and The Sofa Delivery Company properties.</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;">Fixed Term Contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;">Offered on a hybrid basis (3 office days, 2 from home.)&nbsp;</p></div><!-- Responsibilities --><div><h3>What you'll be doing</h3><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;padding:0px;color:inherit;font-size:inherit;">Key Responsibilities:</p><ul style="margin:10px 0px 15px 20px;padding:0px 0px 0px 20px;"><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">You will be responsible for maintaining the property database and schedules and keeping records accurate and up-to-date as well as providing relevant information to Finance for IFRS16 reporting</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">You will be responsible for making all lease related payments, checking and processing lease and business rates invoices prior to authorising Finance colleagues to make payment in a timely manner.
