Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand has expanded across London with restaurants and café-bars, burning the candle at both ends to serve coffee, food, and cocktails to a killer soundtrack.<br></p><p><strong>Assistant Manager – Grab and Go Greenwich</strong></p><p>As Assistant Manager, you will lead our busy takeaway outlet in Greenwich, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional coffee, and a great customer experience every day. You’ll be hands-on behind the bar, leading by example, and developing the skills of your team. The atmosphere at Grab and Go is fast-paced and energetic, and you will be the on-site leader for your shifts this role requires early starts and weekend availability.</p><p>We are looking for someone with at least 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume café, coffee shop, or takeaway environment — <strong>with proven expertise in speciality coffee, latte art, and the ability to train complete beginners into confident baristas</strong>.</p><div><hr></div><p><b>A</b><b> bit about us.</b></p><p><span>Grind is a coffee company that lives in London.
