working collaboratively toward common goals</li><li>Participate in staff recruitment and hiring</li><li>Uphold Company standards and act as a mentor, teacher and positive role model to others</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Leadership and Communication:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead by example and inspire a shared vision by communicating store and Company goals</li><li>Possess strong communication skills in both written and verbal form</li><li>Utilise sales reports to track, analyse and communicate key performance results</li><li>Work alongside the Department Manager to maximise sales and achieve store and Company goals</li><li>Challenge and motivate the sales team to achieve these goals and deliver an unimagined level of service</li><li>Participate in regular touch-bases with the Management Team to foster a shared store vision</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Managing the Environment:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the shop floor to achieve a high level of service and ensure a positive and upbeat store environment for customers and staff alike</li><li>Exhibit excellent floor presence by leading by example and training and coaching the sales associates on service standards and operating systems</li><li>Be a brand ambassador: provide a high level of service and aesthetic representation</li><li>Drive Anthro Programme sign ups by ensuring all staff are knowledgeable and are passionately offering the benefits to customers</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Operations:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in weekly recaps and touch-bases with the Management team to discuss, analyse, and plan department initiatives</li><li>Perform all store-level operational procedures accurately and in a timely fashion, in accordance with all Company policies and procedures</li><li>Assist with the timely completion of markdowns, transfers of stock, and Pick Pack and Ship orders</li><li>Achieve the store stock loss goals via strong loss prevention systems and trainings, assist with annual stock-take</li><li>Possess strong organisational skills and have the ability to execute projects by priority with a commercial and customer centric mindset</li><li>Assist in upholding company Health &amp;
