<h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></h2><p>This Admin &amp; Training Supervisor position is a unique opportunity to lead on key people and operational processes in our Regent Street flagship store. As part of the Supervisor structure, this role will combine day-to-day floor leadership with a strong focus on onboarding, training, and HR-related responsibilities.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><b>Key parts of the role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Support and deputise if needed the management team in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities</p></li><li><p>Lead and manage the full onboarding and induction process for all new hires</p></li><li><p>Organise and deliver team training sessions and Fit Parties</p></li><li><p>Maintain and improve the team review and development structure</p></li><li><p>Manage timecards, absence and lateness, including supporting investigations and record keeping</p></li><li><p>Assist with store operations such as stock management, admin and rota planning</p></li><li><p>Monitor team performance through reporting and help drive store targets</p></li><li><p>Support day-to-day floor leadership during peak trade, weekends, and holidays<br>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><b>Our ideal candidate:</b></p><ul><li><p>Passionate about the brand and living our values</p></li><li><p>Strong customer service skills and experience in efficiently managing a team</p></li><li><p>A good track record of developing and growing your team</p></li><li><p>Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail as well as a good understanding of store operations</p></li><li><p>Confident in managing HR processes, training initiatives and administrative tasks in a busy retail environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>As part of LS&amp;Co. you will be entitled to some incredible benefits, competitive salary and the opportunity to work for an iconic brand.</b></p><p></p><p>As well as working for a much loved brand in a great working environment, you will also have the opportunity to develop on the skills needed for your future career at Levi Strauss &amp; Co.
