We are looking for transferable skills, which includes inspirational leadership, being able to spot talent, coach and develop a team to the highest standards whilst delivering great customer service. You’ll go above and beyond for our Retail and Trade customers, ensuring each and every customer has a great shopping experience and we are delivering sales through service. Understanding the financial side of a business including P&L, KPI’s and working to targets. You’ll also be big on what matters and ensuring Health and Safety is at the forefront of everything we do.
