This role will be a key player in our current transformation linking together stores, head office and the implementation teams with store refits and new store openings.</p><p>Reporting into the Director of Stores, you will have overall responsibility for creating a strong performance culture, connecting our products with our communities maximising sales and profitability, whilst being an advocate for colleague wellbeing.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p><p>• Direct line management of Store Managers throughout the Region<br>• Ensuring the Regions commercial & operational priorities are aligned with the company vision.<br>• Store Operations: continuously reviewing best practise and finding efficiencies to enhance profit and operational/commercial solutions.<br>• Drive sales and KPI performance across stores.<br>• Encourage a fun and empowering environment, ensuring colleagues and customers are at the heart of everything you do.<br>• Talent management, grow strong talent pipelines to deliver succession plans.<br>• Keep listening and learning, be the voice of the colleagues to aid business decisions.<br>• Ensure all stores operate legally with a focus on health and safety.</p></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p>To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have: </p><p>• Retail Leadership and Operations experience in a multi-site, fast paced, high growth environment.<br>• Proven track record of managing 20+ stores.<br>• Experience in New Store Openings<br>• Experience of managing P&L including sales, staff and shrink budgets.<br>• Excellent communication and influencing skills.<br>• A strong commercial awareness<br>• Ambition to continually drive the business forward.<br>• Full, clean ROI Driving Licence</p><p>We're passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we're committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
