At Nobia UK, we’re on the lookout for a <strong>Facilities Co-ordinator</strong> to join our Supply Chain team in <strong>Darlington</strong>.</p><p>Salary – £26,500</p><p>Closing Date – Friday 30<sup>th</sup> May</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><p>You’ll be at the heart of our supply chain excellence, ensuring the site is maintained, waste managed, and kept orderly. Reporting to the Facilities Lead, your day-to-day will include:</p><ul> <li>Supporting facilitieslarger maintenance projects and provide support to the Facilities Lead.</li> <li>Work with thefacilities team and internal stakeholders to reduce costs.</li> <li>Maintaining theConcerto FM system for onsite works and planned legal compliance works andremedials.</li> <li>Liaising withcontractors regarding quotations and raising POs for works.</li> <li>Ensuring RAMS receivedand you have checked all is appropriate to the scope of works, undertakeonsite contractor inductions and appropriate permit writing and monitoring(training will be provided).</li> <li>Ensuring contractorsare working according to RAMS and are always working safely onsite,following all H&S requirements.</li> <li>Working withcontractors and external suppliers.</li> <li>Work with all internalstakeholders to gain support and buy in on projects and day to dayrepairs.</li> <li>Attend H&S widersite meetings to represent positively the facilities department and adviseand update on works onsite.</li> <li>Coordinating andprocessing waste removal and storage onsite alongside the Facilities andH&S teams.</li> <li>Maintaining a highlevel of cleanliness onsite, inside and out, utilising various MHEequipment to aid the tasks / empty bins.</li> <li>Maintaining andachieving set KPIs.</li> <li>Seasonal works -landscape and gritting checks and undertaking.</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the team</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
