You’ll be comfortable acting as a gatekeeper, challenging conflicting requests, and making real-time scheduling decisions that reflect business priorities</li><li>You’ll have experience collaborating across senior leadership, functional teams, and external stakeholders to align priorities, resolve blockers, and drive outcomes. You’re confident coordinating multiple viewpoints and ensuring delivery stays on track — even when agendas don’t naturally align</li><li>You’re highly organised with strong command of diary, inbox, and travel management for senior leaders. You’re confident using tools like Outlook and Teams to coordinate meetings, manage communications, and ensure the day runs smoothly — while also handling business travel and expense processes with minimal direction</li><li>Self-starter & proactive: Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, plan ahead to ensure the best outcomes, pre-empt required activity, rather than being reactive.
