You'll mentor and support team members, manage workflow and stock, and ensure every customer receives expert advice and great service.</p><p data-start="1390" data-end="1695">You'll still be hands-on with mechanical and electrical bike repairs, servicing and fault diagnosis, while playing a key role in helping the team hit targets and maintain high standards.
