This is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in research and analytics with a genuine passion for making a difference in people's health outcomes. </div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote">Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the insight strategy for Weight Management, driving evidence-based decisions across product, service, and customer experience. </li><li>Partner with senior stakeholders across healthcare and product to deliver impactful, insight-driven recommendations. </li><li>Conduct and manage research across the full range of methodologies – from segmentation to journey mapping and UX testing. </li><li>Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including innovation and proposition testing. </li><li>Optimise digital journeys and track key experience metrics (e.g. NPS, CSAT, LTV). </li><li>Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to guide commercial strategy. </li><li>Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives to inform decision-making. </li></ul>Location:This role is based in London (or Nuneaton), and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub (or London) and occasionally to any other location of H&B.
