<h2>About the role</h2><p>Working within the Distribution Centre reporting Shift Manager and Health &amp; Safety Advisor.&nbsp;</p><p>Warehouse Operatives with training responsibilities ensure all training including working processes, manual handling, MHE training is delivered to the required standard and training records are maintained for all Colleagues. &nbsp;</p><p>The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for delivering professional training and development whilst supporting Managers and Colleagues in the daily performance of their duties. &nbsp;</p><p>During peak times you may be required to work within the warehouse and carry out other tasks to support business needs. &nbsp;</p><p>The role may involve occasional travel to deliver training to other areas of the business and for personal development, including training and meetings.</p><p>Responsibility payment is in addition to hourly wage.
