The role focuses on enabling the partnership's growth and long-term success by driving efficiency, cost savings, and service excellence through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>B2B Partnership Integration</strong>: Develop and manage operational plans, align stakeholders, and oversee supply chain activities for B2B partnerships.</li><li><strong>Supply Chain Design & Planning</strong>: Create supply chain strategies, manage inventory and forecasts, and optimise for partner needs and efficiency.</li><li><strong>Operational Execution</strong>: Ensure seamless daily operations, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to reduce costs and lead times.</li><li><strong>Performance Management</strong>: Establish and track KPIs, report on performance, and drive continuous improvements.</li><li><strong>Risk Management</strong>: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve supply chain issues to maintain high service levels.</li><li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Work with internal teams (commercial, tech, legal, finance) to align processes, integrate systems, and optimise supply chain outcomes.</li><li><strong>Change Management</strong>: Lead process changes, communicate effectively, and manage expectations within the supply chain and with partners.</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><p>This role is based in Burton, and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.</p></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li>End of end supply chain understanding and practical ability to redesign and find short term and longer-term solutions.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with supply chain management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of B2B supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.</li><li>Planning and execution skills with a project management qualification and experience desirable.</li><li>Ability to manage stock pragmatically.</li><li>Collaboration, influencing and communications skills vital.
