Candidates based in the UK, able to work in a hybrid model (two days per week in either our London or Nuneaton office), are strongly preferred.</p></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><h3>Program Leadership</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end technical programs, including major Cyber Security initiatives focused on authentication and IdAM.</li><li>Oversee delivery across 6–10 agile squads, fostering cross-functional collaboration and consistency.</li><li>Establish clear program plans, manage risks, and coordinate complex interdependencies.</li><li>Align cyber security objectives with broader enterprise technology goals.</li></ul><h3>Cyber Security and IdAM</h3><ul><li>Partner with Cyber Security stakeholders to design and implement secure authentication mechanisms (e.g., MFA, SSO).</li><li>Drive the rollout of identity governance solutions and ensure integration with enterprise-wide access management systems.</li><li>Ensure all programs comply with security best practices, regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR), and internal security policies.</li><li>Oversee change management and stakeholder training related to new access control mechanisms.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder Management</h3><ul><li>Act as a key liaison between Cyber Security, Engineering, IT Service Management, and business units.</li><li>Translate strategic cybersecurity objectives into clear technical requirements and roadmaps.</li><li>Collaborate with the Retail Tech and Business Change teams to enable secure rollout of new store and enterprise features.</li></ul><h3>Technical Execution</h3><ul><li>Ensure agile delivery of high-quality, secure solutions using Scrum, SAFe, or other scaled agile frameworks.</li><li>Guide transitions from legacy systems to secure modern platforms with minimal disruption.</li><li>Monitor and support post-implementation phases, addressing access issues, incidents, or escalations.</li></ul><h3>Initial Objectives (First 3 Months)</h3><ul><li>Establish and lead a comprehensive Cyber Security program plan with defined IdAM and Authentication deliverables.</li><li>Forge strong cross-functional relationships and align stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Identify access management gaps and mitigate security risks early.</li><li>Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with security and compliance goals.</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record delivering large-scale cybersecurity-focused technical programs in a Senior TPM capacity.</li><li>Significant experience managing Authentication and IdAM initiatives, preferably in regulated or enterprise environments.</li><li>Strong background in agile software development within cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li><li>Familiarity with access provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and secure architecture design.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>In-depth understanding of identity standards (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).</li><li>Hands-on experience with enterprise IdAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, ForgeRock, Ping Identity).</li><li>Strong grasp of Zero Trust principles and least privilege access strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of software architecture, cloud security controls, and compliance frameworks.</li></ul><h3>Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>Exceptional communication skills for influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Organizational agility to manage complex, security-critical multi-team programs.</li><li>Analytical mindset and adaptability in fast-paced, security-sensitive environments.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).</li><li>Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) and cloud (AWS Cloud Practitioner) certifications.</li><li>Experience in security assessments, threat modeling, or governance/risk/compliance (GRC) tooling.</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">Benefits</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;
