From nutrition-led solutions to new product development, this role brings real impact, blending scientific rigour with commercial ambition in a fast-paced and purpose-driven business.</div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote">Key Responsibilities Provide Scientific Input to Enhance Our Solutions <ul><li>Develop and apply cutting-edge scientific frameworks and guidelines that enable the creation of innovative health and wellness products. </li><li>Deliver high-quality scientific dossiers to support evidence-based development of new and enhanced solutions. </li><li>Guide product development teams by translating emerging research into commercially viable, credible innovations. </li></ul>Evidence and Influence <ul><li>Lead the execution of the research strategy to generate strong scientific evidence that supports product innovation and differentiation. </li><li>Analyse and interpret scientific data to inform R&D decisions and uncover opportunities for breakthrough innovation. </li><li>Ensure all innovation is rooted in scientific integrity, maintaining rigorous standards and clear documentation of evidence. </li></ul>Collaboration & Stakeholder Management <ul><li>Act as the scientific lead across innovation projects, working cross-functionally to ensure science is embedded from concept to launch. </li><li>Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including research institutions, to co-develop forward-thinking, evidence-backed solutions. </li><li>Present scientific findings clearly to influence internal decision-makers and strengthen H&B's position as a research-driven innovator in wellness </li></ul>Location:This role is based in London, and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub or to any other location of H&B.
