We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels. </p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><p>You’re a commercially-minded marketing leader with experience managing integrated campaigns across fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands. You have a sharp eye for storytelling and brand consistency, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about connecting brands with customers in creative and meaningful ways. You’re comfortable leading a team and love delivering standout work that drives brand reach, engagement and loyalty.</p><p><strong>Primary objective of the job:</strong></p><p>The Senior Marketing Manager plays a critical role in delivering White Stuff’s brand strategy, working closely with the Head of Brand to lead the end-to-end execution of all seasonal and always-on marketing campaigns.Reporting into the Head of Brand, you will manage a team of four and lead the implementation of seasonal campaigns, trade marketing activity and always-on brand initiatives.</p><p>You’ll lead a high-performing marketing team and work closely with the creative studio, digital, product and retail teams, and media agencies to deliver stand-out campaigns that build brand reach, engagement, and loyalty.</p><p>The successful candidate will help drive White Stuff’s reputation as a modern, sustainable lifestyle brand. This includes embedding year-round storytelling around sustainability, charity, unique design, independent spirit, and casting real customers as models, while supporting multi-channel growth for the business.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p><strong>Campaign Leadership</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead the delivery of end-to-endseasonal campaigns, from brief through to execution and post-campaignanalysis.</li> <li>Work with the Head ofBrand to define campaign objectives, messaging, and creative approach.</li> <li>Manage campaigndevelopment across internal creative teams and agency partners (media, PR,production).</li> <li>Ensure brandstorytelling is aligned across all touchpoints - digital, retail,influencer, PR, and more.</li> <li>Coordinate keyactivations, events, collaborations, and storytelling opportunities tiedto campaign moments.</li></ul><h3><strong>Marketing Calendar Management</strong></h3><ul><li>Own and manage the year-round marketing calendar, incorporating seasonal campaigns, trade-driving activity, loyalty program initiatives, and content executions.</li><li>Collaborate with the Trading, Retail, Digital, ESG and Product teams to align marketing activity with business priorities and customer needs.</li><li>Ensure plans are communicated clearly across the business, with timelines, deliverables and accountability mapped out.</li></ul><p><strong>Channel Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Oversee all aspects ofbrand marketing execution across advertising, PR, content creation, retailand online marketing to deliver reach, engagement, and brand consistency.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop integrated channel plans that optimise use of paid, owned, and earned media.</li><li>Deliver campaign visibility across key touchpoints: paid social, video, out-of-home, editorial, email, digital, PR, influencer, and in-store.</li><li>Support the delivery of retail, concession and wholesale marketing activity, ensuring campaign themes translate effectively to the shop floor.</li><li>Champion the creation of platform-relevant content and editorial across whitestuff.com, email and social channels.</li><li>Collaborate closely with your team to ensure all marketing output reflects the brand’s tone of voice and positioning.</li></ul><p><strong>Budget Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Manage the day-to-daymarketing budget in line with annual plans, working closely with the Headof Brand and Finance team to ensure accurate forecasting andreconciliation.</li> <li>Allocate campaignbudgets across channels (media, PR, content production, activations),ensuring spend delivers strong ROI and supports both brand and commercialobjectives.</li> <li>Monitor spend vs planthroughout the year, proactively identifying risks or opportunities toreallocate.</li> <li>Ensure agency fees, retailPOS, influencer partnerships and media spend are tracked, approved, andprocessed efficiently.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><ul> <li>Manage,support and develop four direct reports across digital, retail, PR,influencer and social marketing.</li> <li>Setclear goals and priorities aligned to campaign and brand plans.</li> <li>Fostera collaborative, creative, and high-performance culture across themarketing team.</li> <li>Supportcareer development and skills progression for each team member.</li></ul><p><strong>Agency &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Manageday-to-day relationships with external media agencies, ensuring briefs areclear and campaign plans are fully integrated.</li> <li>Workclosely with the Content &amp; Creative Lead and Studio Production Managerto deliver best-in-class content and creative assets for all channels.</li> <li>Collaboratewith the digital, creative, trading, merchandising and product teams todeliver cohesive campaigns that reflect commercial priorities and productstories.</li></ul><h3><strong>Sustainability &amp; Innovation</strong></h3><ul><li>Champion White Stuff’s sustainability and charity commitments, ensuring messaging is embedded in campaigns, content and activations.</li><li>Integrate sustainability stories and purpose-led initiatives into brand communications and marketing channels.</li><li>Seek out opportunities to innovate across content, formats, partnerships, and technologies to keep campaigns fresh, engaging and relevant.</li><li>Stay attuned to cultural trends, customer behaviour and platform innovation to drive forward-thinking execution.</li></ul><p><strong>Measurement &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Track, analyse and report on campaign performance across key brand marketing metrics- including reach, engagement, social performance, influencer ROI and press coverage.</li><li>Lead post-campaign reviews with clear learnings and next steps.</li><li>Share insights and performance data with the wider team to inform future strategy and optimisation.</li><li>Embrace a test-and-learn mindset to continuously improve channel performance and content engagement.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years in brand marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or brands.</li><li>Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end.</li><li>Strong understanding of retail, digital, social media, PR, and influencer marketing channels.</li><li>Confident in briefing and managing agencies, internal creative teams and production.</li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.</li><li>Experience working in a multi-channel retail business with both owned and wholesale distribution.</li><li>Familiarity with media planning and paid media reporting.</li><li>Passionate about sustainability, creativity, and building meaningful brand connections.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp;
