You’ll stay on top of the latest trends in both on-prem and cloud infrastructure, always looking for opportunities to apply new solutions that benefit The Works. You’ll also have the chance to demonstrate leadership, providing technical guidance and support to junior members of the team.</p><p>As an ambitious, technically proficient, and solutions-driven Infrastructure Engineer, you will work within our dynamic Technology Services team, covering on-premise, cloud, cyber security, infrastructure systems, and networks.<br></p><hr><h4>Your Mission<br></h4><ul><li><strong>Incident Support</strong> - Act as the go-to expert for 3rd line incidents across servers, storage, network, and 365, driving root cause analysis and improvements. Spot trends in incident tickets to tackle bigger issues and reduce future incidents.</li><li><strong>Infrastructure Design &amp; Implementation</strong> - Design, plan, and implement systems across cloud, VMware, storage, and networks.
