People are at the heart of our retail concept, and we want to invest in our staff and make the future extraordinary.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Trading Manager to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As Senior Trading Manager you will be responsible for driving ecommerce sales for Wilko and Homebase. You will spearhead and assist the Group Head of Digital to implement the trading &amp; promotional strategy across both the Wilko and Homebase websites.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><span><ul><li>Taking ownership for delivering the digital trading and promotional strategy, focusing on revenue, conversion, AOV, margin, and profitability.
