The Senior Data Analyst, will provide crucial insights across the Supply Chain network, driving performance improvements, optimising processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making at all levels. This is an office-based role with some travel to operational sites.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business performance.</li><li>Create and manage interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, tailored to different departments.</li><li>Work closely with operational teams to recommend improvements and solutions based on data analysis.</li><li>Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and improve business outcomes.</li><li>Continuously optimize data collection and analysis processes for greater efficiency and data accuracy.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>About You</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Strong track record in data analysis, ideally within retail, operations, or financial services</li><li>Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI</li><li>Python knowledge for simulation and modelling purposes</li><li>Experience working with data warehouses, IT platforms, and enterprise reporting tools</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement</li><li>Ability to translate complex datasets into commercial insight and action</li><li>Comfortable managing high volumes of data and influencing senior stakeholders</li><li>Desirable (Not Essential)</li><li>Experience in a retail or omnichannel environment</li><li>Exposure to WMS/ERP systems</li><li>Previous roles in performance management or commercial analytics within a matrix structure</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Competitive salary (£45,000-£55,000) and the chance to shape performance in a fast-growing, private equity-backed business</li><li>High-impact role with real visibility across supply chain, finance, and commercial operations</li><li>Exposure to industry-leading tools (Power BI, SQL, Python) and meaningful project work that drives strategic decisions</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;">Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
