With heritage at its core and innovation in its stride, this is a brand that knows exactly who it is.</p><p class="">We're looking for a strategic, commercially driven <span class="">Senior Buyer</span> to take ownership of key departments - serving the existing customer with precision, while identifying new opportunities to grow market share, excite new consumers, and build relevant, forward-thinking product assortments that live up to the brand's standards.</p><h3 class=""><span class="">Your Impact As The Senior Buyer:</span></h3><ul class=""><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Lead from the front</span>: Build and present impactful lessons-learned decks for Heads of Department and Directors, turning insight into strategy.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Coach and challenge</span>: Guide, motivate, and hold your team accountable as they manage and trade their own subcategories.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Be the standard bearer</span>: Set the tone for excellence - supporting day-to-day, celebrating wins, and addressing challenges with clarity and pace.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Shape the offer</span>: Collaborate with your Merchandiser to build commercially strong, brand-aligned ranges that protect bestsellers and introduce constant newness.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Spot the gaps</span>: Identify white space across categories and act quickly to seize commercial opportunities.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Drive sales through action</span>: Encourage junior team members to respond to trade with urgency - chasing opportunities and capitalising on emerging trends.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Range evolution</span>: Review colour, print, shape and silhouette, ensuring all collections remain true to brand while pushing things forward.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Global sourcing knowledge</span>: Confidently trade with Far East and near-shore suppliers; comfortable working with both long- and short-lead production calendars.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Supplier strategy</span>: Maintain strong supplier relationships while onboarding new, agile partners. Proven ability to source new, sustainable fabrics and trims.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Test &amp; trial mindset</span>: Experience with launching trial products or edits to inject newness, react to customer insights, and drive margin performance.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Commercial thinker</span>: A track record of delivering margin and cash sales results, with experience working closely on OTB and seasonal budgets.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Data-led decisions</span>: Regularly review historical data and in-season trading to make clear, confident product and pricing decisions.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Trading champion</span>: Own Monday trade for your department - setting actions and direction.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Critical path &amp; delivery oversight</span>: Oversee the end-to-end delivery calendar, ensuring all launches, key styles, and campaigns land on time.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Own the launch moment</span>: Manage campaign and trigger dates, working with cross-functional teams to make product launches successful and timely.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Volume readiness</span>: Partner with Merchandisers to forecast and prepare for high-volume lines and commercial programmes.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Protect margin</span>: Lead cross-costing projects and partner negotiations to secure value and profitability.</p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span class="">Collaborate with purpose</span>: Be present and active in trend, design, and development meetings with both internal creatives and external suppliers.</p></li></ul><h3 class=""><span class="">You'll Thrive Here If You:</span></h3><ul class=""><li class=""><p class="">Have a strong background in buying, ideally within a high-growth fashion or lifestyle business</p></li><li class=""><p class="">Are deeply commercial but instinctively creative - you see the numbers and the nuance</p></li><li class=""><p class="">Love product, and obsess over getting the right range to the right customer at the right time</p></li><li class=""><p class="">Are confident leading a team while still being in the detail when needed</p></li></ul><p><strong>BBBH34050</strong></p></dd>
